Engaged to provide Asset Services including Tax Depreciation on the Novotel Southbank centrally located Brisbane CBD. This 4.5* 238 room hotel also includes an award winning restaurant and bar Spice completed in 2019. Koste completed a detailed site inspection and asset register of the property over a number of days to form the basis of a Tax Depreciation schedule and assist with ongoing deprecaition management through CODE
